By making a reservation with US and through our website, you agree to have Read, Understood, and fully Accept all Terms of Service indicated in this page
ONLINE RESERVATION
Please make your reservation online or by telephone or via Whatsapp only if you fully agree with the conditions listed below and the prices for the requested service.
Once you have sent the booking for the service you have chosen you are legally bound to a contract with Tourinromeandtransfer.
The prices indicated are for the transfer to and from the hotels in Rome located within the ring road. If your hotel is not located within the ring road, contact us via email for a dedicated quote.
All services are subject to the payment in full for confirmation from 1st March to 15th November.
IN THE EVENT OF ANY LAST MINUTE CHANGES to your pick-up or arrival time, please inform us as soon as possible, by email, phone call or text message including your full name as stated on your booking. If you do not hear from us in time, please call us as it is likely that we did not receive your email.
Reservations or changes made by telephone or by someone on your behalf do not guarantee good service from Tourinromeandtransfer.
CANCELLATION POLICY
Since we operate on the Honor System which is a philosophical way of conducting a variety of activities based on trust-honor and honesty please do cancel your service at least 7 days in advance to get a 35% refund of the deposit paid.
Non refundable can't be refunded
The fully payment of one of our services cannot be refunded.
The waiting time of our drivers for services departing from under the ship is 60 minutes. In the absence of written communication via SMS or WhatsApp to communicate the delay, the service will be canceled due to the customer's "no show" and nothing will be refunded.
REQUESTS FOR CANCELLATIONS MUST BE SUBMITTED IN WRITING VIA EMAIL SINCE WE DO NOT ACCEPT CANCELLATIONS BY PHONE, TEXT MESSAGE, OR 3RD PARTIES.
WHAT IS INCLUDED IN THE TRANSFER SERVICE AND TOURS
Tour or Transfer in a safe and comfortable air-conditioned vehicle with a professional licensed driver, inclusive of VAT, Tax, fuel , Insurance, Parking fee, toll station fees.
PORT TRANSFERS
For departure service under the ship's Cruise Port, the driver will meet you right on the pier next to your ship holding a sign with your name. Do NOT take any shuttles or buses moving away from your ship or leave your ship area. Buses and shuttles will take you outside the Port making
the meeting complicated.
The driver will wait for the customer for a maximum of 30 minutes from the agreed time, after which he will be free to proceed with another service if no communication has been received regarding the possible pick up delay. Then the service will be considered NOT SHOWN and the amount paid will not be refundable.
We assume no responsibility if the customer does not have a telephone number to contact the driver in case of delay in exit after 30 minutes from the agreed time.
Services carried out from 07.00 pm to 07.00 am are double priced.
Cancellations on the date of the service are not accepted and clients who choose to cancel last minute agree to accept financial responsibiilty of Now Show Fee equal to pay the full amount of the service.
AIRPORT TRANSFER
AIRPORT MEETING POINT and MEETING TIME:
Your assigned driver will arrive at the meeting point indicated in the service confirmation email about 10 minutes after your telephone/sms or whatsapp confirming that you have collected your luggage and are going to the previously communicated meeting point (column 1/2/3 or 4).
AIRPORT WAITING TIME:
Your driver will wait at the airport parking for your communication no more than 1 hour after your flight’s arrival, unless you contact us regarding airport luggage delays or in the case of any problem causing delay in exit within the first hour. We will retain your driver longer than 1 hour only if we are promptly notified of any delay after landing. We can not guarantee car service if we do not hear from you within 1 hour of your flight ‘s arrival in case of any delay. Any waiting longer than 1 hour will be paid at the rate of €50 per hour or fraction of an hour.
EARLY ARRIVAL FLIGHTS:
If your flight arrives unexpectedly earlier than the originally scheduled arrival time you booked the service then you will be required to wait for the originally scheduled pick up time at the meeting point since we only guarantee service for the originally scheduled flight arrival time unless otherwise agreed.
LATE ARRIVAL FLIGHTS:
If your flight is delayed, cancelled, or if you missed your flight, or you will be arriving with a different fligh and at a different time or different terminal, please call or text message us at the number we provide you with updated information immediately. If you cannot call, send us an email marked URGENT.
We assume no responsibility if the customer does not have a telephone number to contact the driver in case of delay in exit after 60 minutes from the agreed time then the service will be considered NOT SHOWN and no amount paid will be refundable.
Failure to notify us of any delays may result in our inability to provide you with car service We do not provide service for cancelled flights.
Services carried out from 07.00 pm to 07.00 am are double priced.
For all transfer services outside the Lazio region, the deplacement of the empty vehicle is calculated at 75% of the service fee for the kilometres travelled.
YOUR DRIVER
In the transfer services we cannot guarantee that the driver speaks your language correctly.
Our drivers are selected based on experience, professionalism andreliability. Our chauffeurs are drug free (with routine testing for drugs and alcohol to ensure full legal compliance and safety), full background checks, and perfect safe driver records.
Suits are not part of the dress code for transfer or tour drivers, therefore your driver may not wear a suit during your transfer or tour.
OUR VEHICLES
Our vehicles are regularly mainatined for optimal safety and performance. By booking any services via this website you accept that vehicles are mechanical objects subject to various unpredictable malfunctions that can happen unexpectedly during your service. At no time will you hold Tourinromeandtransfer
responsible or liable for any vehilce malfunctions mechanical or otherwise or issue public complaints for matters beyond our control.
NO SMOKING, EATING OR DRINKING INSIDE THE VEHICLES
In order to maintain a fresh and clean vehicle for all our clients to enjoy throughout the day, smoking, eating or drinking from cups or other open containers that are susceptible to spillage is not permitted inside the vehicles. Bottled beverages that can be closed tightly with a cap are welcomed. Please treat the vehicle with respect as to not cause any damage to it, and please consider the travellers who will use it right after you.
TRAFFIC CONDITIONS IN TOWN
Pleae note that traffic conditions in and around the towns are often unpredictable and chaotic.
Tourinromeandtransfer assumes no responsibility for any delays caused by unexpected traffic conditions that are completely beyond our control.
By booking a service via this website you certify that you have read, understood and are in full agreement to not hold Tourinromeandtransfer responsible, liable, lay blame or accuse us of untimely or tardy service as result of delayed service caused by traffic conditions beyond our control.
ADDITIONAL IMPORTANT INFORMATION UNFORESEEABLE DELAYS
We do not assume any responsibility for delays due to traffic and weather conditions, protest marches, strikes, parking difficulties at the airport, mechanical problems, political unrest and any situations beyond our control. Traffic in all towns is often chaotic and unpredictable, please keep this in mind when booking hotel pick-ups to the airport or cruise ship in order to allow for plenty of time in case of possible traffic delays.
In case excessive delays beyond our control prevent us from arriving within 30 minutes of the scheduled pick up time, you will be provided with a replacement driver or we will assist you in making alternative transportation plans so you your schedule will not be severely impacted.
PLEASE DO NOT DISTRACT YOUR DRIVER WHILE DRIVING
For your personal safety inside the vehicle, we kindly ask that you do not distract your Transfer Chauffeur while he or she is driving. In all towns traffic is often unpredictable and chaotic, thus requiring your chauffeurs full attention in order to provide you with a safe and comfortable transfer. We ask that you refrain from engaging your Chauffeur in conversations or point to places for him/her to look at while he/she is driving as these can be very distracting and compromise your safety on the road.
AMBIENCE INSIDE YOUR VEHICLE
If you have preferences regarding A/C, heat, music, or typically experience motion sickness while driving, please feel free to let your chauffeur know immediately so he/she can accommodate your needs. If you do not make your needs known to your driver he or she would not know in order to make
your trip more comfortable.
HANDS FREE CELLPHONE USE FOR WORK
Sometimes your driver may need to make and answer calls as it is part of our job using Bluetooth.
EACH CHAUFFEUR, TRANSFER AND TOUR SERVICE IS AN INDIVIDUAL AND UNIQUE EXPERIENCE, therefore your experience will not be like the experience of others. Anything aside from our Commitment to Service cannot be considered part of standard service we provide.
EXTRA SERVICES RECEIVED FROM YOUR DRIVER
Please note that extra services your driver may provide in addition to what we agreed to deliver as a punctual, safe, reliable and courteous trip in a comfortable vehicle is solely at the discretion and ability of your driver and offered in hopes of receiving a gratuity for the extra services he provided. We do not accepts responsibility or complaints if your driver cannot or does not provide extra services beyond what he is required in order to fulfill our commitment of service.
We do not tolerate inappropriate, abusive, rude, harassing, or disrespectful behavior by any passenger towards our drivers and staff either in person, over telephone or email. We reserve the right to refuse service at any time (including during transfer service) to any person we deem behaving inappropriately, is intoxicated by alcohol or illegal substances, excessively disturbs the chauffeur while driving in ways that could potentially present a safety risk.
PRIVACY POLICY
Information that our clients are required to share with tourinromeandtransfer (full name, email address, contact telephone number, flight information, etc) are protected and strictly private to be used only as necessary information in order to provide adequate service. It will not be shared with outside parties, made public by any means, or used in any way not originally intended and will be removed after 30 days of using the chosen service.
